Unfiled emails are emails that are unable to be filed and associated with an existing activity/Issue. All users are able to view all un-filed emails on the "Mail Not Filed" page located on the messages section in the navigational window.

Filing Emails
Users can file their un-filed emails by doing the following:

On the Mail Not Filed page, click the "Assign" button

The Assign Messages window will appear

Search for an account by using the Cust. Name or Cust. ID
***Additionally, you can search by the customers email by enabling the "Search Customers by Email" checkbox***

Once you have an account selected, you can either associate it to an existing communication, or create a new issue by clicking on the New Issue button.

This will file the email.
