You can use the top search bar on any page within SARA (or search within the All Accounts search box) using CustID or Customer Name. This is a search using 'contains'. Searching for 'inc' would include all customers who's name or ID contain the characters 'inc'.
Please note - the default search is for customers with a balance. To search for all customers, including zero balance, select the option to the left of the customer search at the top or using the 'All' view on All Accounts.
