Enabled Surcharging Via Sage AR Automation Receivables and Interpayments

SARA Receivables can be integrated with Interpayments, which allows you and your customers the ability to surcharge for credit card transactions. We've had many requests late last year to help our customers combat expensive fees associated with processing payments on their own, and now it’s possible.
With support for customers using Fortis or Repay (formerly APS), surcharging becomes part of the transaction, so it runs cleanly for your customers. Customizable, you can set your rate and choose a minimum and/or maximum cap for transactions. Interpayments offers a number of benefits for cardholders, including handling communications with providers and incorporating their fees into transactions.
Lockstep will be systematically adding our other payment gateways for surcharging based on customer demand.
