Features/Enhancements
- Self-Service Portal Feature: A New functionality is developed that allows users to enable language settings in site options. Once the language feature is enabled, users are able to select their preferred language at the individual customer level. This enhancement provides a more personalised experience for users, ensuring that they can interact with the site in a language that is most comfortable for them. (Example : French Language for French Customers)
- Create Metadata for NonISO Standard Currency: When new accounts are created for affected ERP Systems (currently P21, Sage 300, and Great Plains), Customer, Invoice, and Payments CurrIDs columns are not ISO standard. This data will convert the non standard CurrIDs to ISO Standard CurrIDs. Existing accounts can have the data entered and all records that sync in will be converted. Data not sync'd will not be converted.
Issues Resolved
- Self-Service Portal to display "Total Past Due": As a part of the enhancement, Enabled the "Total Past Due" functionality in the self-service portal so that users can view their past due balances.
- REACT Page - Ability to attach customized report/statement: You can now attach the customized report/statement.
- SARA Credit Score displaying cutoff pills: Credit Score is correctly displayed
- Statement Not Attaching with React Pages: You can now attach statement with Rect Pages
React Migration
- Inquire by User Schedule Payments: As part of the Schedule Payments Page Migration to React, the Team implemented a grid system with valuable features. These features include essential toolbars like filtering, column management, and data export to Excel. The implementation also includes a "best fit" function to improve usability and efficiency.
- Document Tab in Header: When Document tab is selected, a pop-up dialog now appears for uploading documents instead of opening a new page like legacy view. This improvement aims to provide a more seamless and user-friendly experience.
- New Relic Integration: Implementing New Relic for React pages is an effective way to monitor and gain insights about the performance of application. This ensures a better user experience and identifying areas that needs attention or optimization.

Network Platform - Payments - Stripe Integration: We've successfully integrated Stripe for payments in our network platform. Stripe is a secure payment solution supporting various methods, including cards. Our system is now capable of handling real-time transactions with robust security measures
You can setup the stripe and choose any currency while setting up the merchant. Stripe supports payment of any currency through SS Portal

Issues Resolved
- Connectors Updated: The team successfully provided support and resolved CS (Customer Support) issues for the Eclipse, Acumatica, and Intacct connectors.
- Intacct - Restricted Customer data point: A fix has been deployed to address this issue. All 3 customer data restriction options are working as expected.
