Customer Reported Issues
Following Customer Reported issues were resolved as part of the Release
Webclient React :
| Issue with automation attaching invoices from other customers has been fixed. Attachments now work correctly. |
| Error encountered when opening emails has been resolved. |
SS Portal:
| It appears that all Epicor non-Api based Invoice Delivery Invoices not able to be downloaded. This is resolved and invoices are now getting downloaded |
SARA Payment:
| Duplicate payment issue has been addressed |
| Fortis Payment Screen: Previously, the city was sent instead of the billing address for credit card payments. This has been corrected, and the billing address now populates properly. |
| Autopay Decline Issue: “Token Expired” error for merchant Cardknox has been fixed. |
| Customer Portal Closed Invoices are loading correctly. |
| Payment Confirmation Emails: Incorrect routing of emails to wrong accounts has been resolved. |
