Premise to Hosted Conversion

Customer responsible for the following:

  1. Ensure all users exit and do not access the client until after the conversion is complete

  2. Disable or remove the scheduled sync

  3. Provide a backup copy of the Cash Collect database along with any access credentials as needed

  4. Provide IT resource to assist with the following:

  • Sync reconfiguration

  • Email setup / testing

  • Document support setup / testing

SARA responsible for the following:

  1. Convert data and database to the hosted database

  2. Update of all options and features for a hosted account including:

  • Group initialization and other initialization

  • Set agent access at account level

  • Set site URL for the customer portal

  • Create guest user in both subscription and tebcportaluser

3. System verification after conversion

4. Assist Client with setup and configuration including sync, email and document support

5. End user training to include:

  • Review of all client options in hosted environment

  • Basic navigation

  • General end user training
