OVERVIEW
As of July 2020, the dashboard now allows you to track how many accounts/activities your collector's are working. You can track how many emails they are sending, how many calls they are making, and how much they have collected. You can also control what date ranges are included in the summary.
On the dashboard page, scroll down to find the "Team Activities" report. It will show you the last time is was refreshed right below the title. Re-run the aging process to update the data represented. This can either be done by running the sync (since the aging process occurs during the sync) or by manually aging the accounts on the "Admin > Age Accounts" page.
Adjusting the filter below the refresh date will allow you to see data from today, this week, this month, this year, or it will allow you to set custom data parameters.
The data above the team members section is an overall view that is a combination of all collectors progress. See below for more info on what affects each of these values.
ACCOUNTS TOUCHED - Increases when activities are created/worked. Automated emails do not affect this number.
INVOICES TOUCHED -
Increases by the number of invoices included in activities. Automated emails do not affect this number.
EMAILS SENT - Total number of emails sent. Automated emails do not affect this number.
CALLS MADE - Total number of calls made.
NO REPLY IN 24 HR - Total unread emails for today. Does not scale beyond today.
TOTAL COLLECTED - Total amount of money collected in that time period.
TOTAL AGING - Total open balance in that time period.
It's worth noting that working multiple activities on the same account/invoice in the same day will not increase the number of touches. An account/invoice can only be "touched" once a day per collector. Multiple collectors working the same account/invoice will result in separate touches, however, it will be counted under the collector the account is assigned to. You will not receive touches for accounts that are not assigned to you.
Beneath the overview, you will be able to see the same data broken down by each collector.
Your user will only have visibility to yourself and any additional user you are assigned to see. Admin users can modify this by navigating to "Admin > Master Files > User" then selecting "Assign Users to this User" in the Edit menu for each user. Credit Managers will not automatically have visibility to all collectors, but should already have all users assigned to them from the method above.
