Task
Previously known as "Customer Actions" on the old home page, Task are system generated activities setup in Anytime Collect.
Each task will show the user how many activities are in the queue to be worked on.
Messages
Like the User Actions on the old UI page, the Messages are user generated activities. The numbers next to each activities are the amount of items for that activity.
The actives are the following:

Internal Message- When an inquiry user creates a note, the note creates an Internal Message for the assigned user to review

Mail Not Read- When a new email assigned to your user is auto filed under an Account.

Mail Not Filed- If the system can’t auto file an email, it will put the email into the Mail Not Filed tile. For more information on how the system looks for emails click below.

Followup Past Due- Any Follow-Up that was not completed on the date it was due

Error Sending Email- An email that fails to send through either a manual communication or auto communication

Cust Messages- Messages sent by a Customer via the Customer Portal. This message will go to the User assigned to that Customer

Pending Payments Declined During Last 7 Days- Any payments that were declined and need follow-up

Expected Payment Promise Broken-When a customer does not fulfill their Promise to Pay

Follow-up Due Today - All Follow-Ups due today.
