Note: This is only available for automated emails
In automation there is an option to have a report (Such as a statement) embedded into the body of an email.
This can be used to either embed a desired report into an email to a customer without it sending as an attachment or to send a desired contact a report without having to include a full email.
See the steps below on how to set this:

As an admin navigate to (Admin > Master Files > Communication Template)

From here you can select an existing email template or create a new

You will be able to see the following:

In the middle besides the "Attachments" and "Clear" buttons is a checkbox called "Embed Report In Body"

Upon selecting this option the email template will do the following:

Fill in the necessary fields and save

Upon saving navigate to (Admin > Master Files > Activity Templates)

From here you can choose the email template created/chosen and add the report you with to embed:

Lastly you are able to add the activity template to a credit class and begin sending it as an automated email
