RESOLUTION
Microsoft Exchange server is supported. Review the below to make sure you have the proper communication, protocols and permissions in place.

Verify your SARA mailbox within your Exchange Server is setup to support IMAP.

Verify that you can access the Email Server Name via Telnet.

Verify that you have WRITE PERMISSIONS for IMAP.

For issues with receiving email, make sure no one is reading the emails via another email box. SARA only pulls in "UNREAD" emails.

If you use MacAfee as your anti-virus software, please note that you will need to modify your Policy NOT TO BLOCK port 25, which is the default Outgoing SMTP port.
