We have added a new field called "IsInactive" to be applied to contacts. The "IsInactive" field will prevent deleting the contact until enabled. **Cash Collect currently supports the "Inactive" status available in Epicor and will sync in the field for all contacts.**

To mark a contact you can simply enter a customer into the search bar and select the down arrow to lower the Customer Drop-Down Menu.
Navigate to the "Contacts" tab shown above. Select a contact, select "Edit" and you can then toggle the "Is Inactive" field.
To delete a customer, simply select the "delete" button on the inactive customer. If a customer is not marked as inactive you will receive the following message:

To filter off of the new field, locate the "IsInactive" field.

To update or delete multiple contacts at once navigate to (Admin > Settings & Utilities > Mass Update.) In the drop-down select "Contacts," from here you can select any contacts you'd like to update and/or delete. Next, select the "Edit Selected" button to open the following window:
From here you can set a contact to inactive and/or delete any contacts marked as "Inactive" (Note: You cannot delete a contact unless it is already marked or will be marked as inactive during this process.)
