FEATURE DESCRIPTION:
When creating a follow-up, the date will automatically be entered using the time-zone of whoever the follow-up is assigned to. Right below the field to assign the follow-up, it will display the time zone of the user selected to give you a clear view of how the follow-up will be entered. On the "Account Detail" and "Inquiries > By User > Communications" pages, there is a field called "TimeZoneID" which will show the time zone the communication was entered under.
HOW TO:
1. A users time zone can be managed by navigating to "Admin > Master Files > Users" or by selecting the character icon in the upper-right-hand corner followed by selecting "My Profile"
