Users now have the ability to track their customers using the "Portal Access" page located in the "Customer Drop-Down" page and logs page for admin users.
Viewing Portal Access for a Specific Company
To look at the "Portal Access" page for a single company, search for a customer in the search bar.
Select the customer drop-down menu (carrot icon on the left hand side of the search bar)
Navigate to the "Portal Access" page and from there, users can view the "Access Date, Last Access Date. as well as the amount of times the customer has accessed the customer portal.
Viewing Portal Access for All Customers
Admin users have access to view Portal Access for All customers in the "Logs" page.
Navigate to the "Admin> Setttings & Utilties> Logs'
In the "Logs" page, navigate to the "Customer Access" tab.
From the "Customer Action" page, admin users can view all customers as well as the date and time they logged into the customer portal.
