Issues Resolved
1. Improved error message in case of missing invoice PDF: Users will see a pop up window with a message “PDF is not available. Please reach out to your service provider. Thank you”.
2. Dropdown user list improvement: The users' names in the dropdown will be presented in alphabetical order based on their first names.
3. Ability to change the issue description while reassigning the E-mail: With this feature, users now have the capability to add or edit descriptions while re-assigning an email in SARA. This enhancement facilitates a more efficient email review process, as users can swiftly assess email content through description.
4. Issue of blank out of Activity template is now resolved
5. Mails should be in Read status if already seen and moved from mail not filed to mail not read: With this fix, mails will be marked as Read while moving it to mail not read page. This is implemented in both Webclient and React
6. HTML code is reflecting in Email preview display: Email Preview is displayed with proper message instead of HTML code
7. HTML code is displayed while hovering on menu: Email notes are seen instead of HTML code with this fix
8. Screenshots not loading in React email view page: Screenshots are loading with this fix
9. The Messages replied/sent to SS Portal is being displayed on Mail Not Read Page and not displayed on Customer Message:
With this fix, Messages will display on Customer Message tab when replied/ sent to SS Portal
10. Page Save and Send option is enabled while sending out emails
11. Unable to download Invoice PDF from Inquiry -> By User -> Invoice page: The is fixed and users are able to download invoice pdf
12. Incorrect Email address Format issue was seen in To and CC fields: A fix has been deployed to address this issue.
13. Sync and Capture new customer contacts: There was an issue pulling the additional contacts from Intacct when the customerID did not match the customer name, Team fixed this by setting our search to the ID instead of the customer name.

Features/Enhancements
1. Payment Process Improvement: Payment process is now improved for Normal, Direct and Surcharge payments with proper display of status
- Declined status will be displayed for failed payments and duplicate payments
- Payments will be successful even if the user closes the window after triggering the payment.
2. UI Changes for Auto pay feature: With the UI Change, a radio button is introduced on payment configuration screen of SS Portal for Setting up a day for payment of past invoices
- This will allow users to specify a day of the month for scheduled payments
- Invoices with a due date less than (entered day + 7 days) will be considered for scheduled payment after syncing data from ERP
Issues Resolved
1. Users are now able to download invoice pdf from Inquiries → By user →Invoice pages.
2. Multiple Tickets related to Eclipse go live are resolved
