RESOLUTION
Reporting groups are a way of grouping customers in order to consolidate multiple customer emails and reports into one email for the group, i.e. to email the customer statements to a publishing company which will then be mailed to the appropriate customers by the publishing company
To setup Reporting Groups:

Admin > Master Files > Reporting Group

Click the '+' to Add New

Enter Report Group (required)

Enter Descriptions (required)

Enter Address and contact info (optional)

Contact Email - required if contact is to receive the letters via email, this can also be an internal email address

Select Active - to set this reporting group as active

Click Save

Add customers to this new Reporting Group (click here for instructions using the Customer update utility)
