RESOLUTION
**Note** Please remember that a customer can only be a member of 1 credit class. If you would like this to be applicable for all customers you would need to create an "Action" under each Credit Class.

Admin > Master Files > Credit Class – select Credit Class from drop down

Click Add New Action Alert

Setup Alert as you prefer with the below as indicated
Action Code **Note** if configuring for multiple credit classes select previously created Action Code

Edit Action Codes

Add new record
-
Enter Action Code information similar to the below
**Note** do not attach a Report or Email Template this will send an email notification to the customer instead of creating an internal Action Item

Save and click the X in the upper right hand corner to close the Action Code menu

Click the double green arrow refresh button

Select the newly created Action Code from the drop down
Select View Type = Customer View
Edit Filter

Setup the filter as below so on the day that the “Credit Review” is due if Credit Class Actions have been Generated an Action Menu item will show within the Actions Menu

Click Save to close

Active – select checkbox
-
Standalone – select checkbox
-
Activity ID = Note
Click Save
Generate Actions
Review Action Menu for Action Item
Click on the “Credit Review Needed” hyperlink to open the list
Click on CustName and open to Account Detail
*Proceed with Customer’s Credit Review*
Click the Customer Info drop down
Click edit and update the customer’s Credit Review Date to next time review is due
Click Save
Close the Customer Info drop down then click on the Issue hyperlink
Click Issue Complete – Click OK – Click Save
