Manually Assigning Customers
Admin users can manually assign customers to a collector in SARA. This method is best used for initial setup of the system, or if you do not have auto-assignments for the collectors.
Assign Users to this User
Admin users can assign collectors to other collectors in SARA. This will allow collectors to view other collectors assigned customers

Navigate to "AdminMaster Files Users"

From here, click edit on one of the collectors

On the user setup window, click the "Assign User to this User" button

Enable the checkbox next to the collector you want to assign the user to

Exit the window and select the save button located at the bottom of the User setup window
Allow All
The "Allow All" option allows collectors to have access to all customers in the system. Please note that this option will not assign customers to collectors.
Assigning Customers on the Customers page
Additionally, admin users can assign collectors to, navigate to "Admin Master Files Customer" to assign customers to collectors.

Select a customer by enabling the checkbox located on the left-hand side of the customer name
