Admin users can setup auto-assignments for collectors in SARA
Auto-Assigning Customers
To auto-assign customers to users navigate to "Admin Master Files Customer"

Use the Auto Assign drop-down and select an option:

New Customers - to only apply criteria to new customers only

Existing Customers - to apply criteria to only existing customers in SARA

All Customers - to apply criteria to all customers, existing and new

Select ReAssign Open Tasks - to assign all open tasks for customers according to the auto-assigned user

Auto Assign Filter - click the Edit Filter Button

Use the Filter Builder to select fields and apply criteria to auto-assign customers to user
Ex. Assign all customers from A-M to user1

Click Save to save the filtered criteria
Click Save to save the user setup
