How to Unzip and Install Report Manager – Mirror Accounts

IE (Internet Explorer)

  1. Log into SARA mirroring a user (example: name_admin)

  2. Select Customer and then select an Admin user from the drop down

  3. Admin Settings & Utilities Report Manager

  4. Installed Sync Launcher is missing - click Yes to install

  5. Click Save As & select a location on your PC to save the file (the file will download)

  6. Click to open ATCRptMgrLauncherSetup

  7. Run

  8. follow prompts

  9. when prompted for License Key information enter support LIVE account12d243a2-f1f3-4134-bb84-6e8c6181b473

  10. Finish

Launching the Report Manager to modify forms

  1. After installed: mirror user - Admin Settings & Utilities Report Manager

  2. Should launch and load the customer's reports verify by navigating to Admin Master Files Report and comparing this list to the list found within the Report Manager
