RESOLUTION
The Standard System reports must be reset and then a new report must be created from the new standard systems reports.

Log into the software with IE for your browser

Admin > Settings & Utilities > Report Manager

Click YES to message 'An existing session could be active with the same UserID on domain\machine'

The Reports window will open

Select one of the standard system reports (SystemGenerated box will be checked)

Click the Reset Layout button to reset the report to the latest update/release

Click the green + to add/create a new report

Include the Report Name, description and select the Report Base from the drop-down (select the report that was just reset above)

Click View Layout

To open the Report Designer, in the Preview window - click Edit

To view all fields available and additional functions (including parameters and calculated fields), select View > Windows > Field List

Make modifications to the report

Save and close the Report Designer
