RESOLUTION
To only show specific transactions on the Open Invoice report (or the Statement report), you must hide the transactions that you do not want to appear using conditional formatting on the Details section of the report.
You must be logged into the software with Internet Explorer to launch the Report Manager:

Log into the software with IE for your browser

Admin Settings & Utilities Report Manager

Click YES to message 'An existing session could be active with the same UserID on domain\machine'

The Reports window will open

Click the green + to add/create a new report

Include the Report Name, description and select the Report Base from the drop-down to select one of the 4 standard reports to base your new report

Click View Layout

To open the Report Designer, in the Preview window - click Edit

To hide specific transaction, select the Details section and click the properties Formatting Rules

In the Formatting Rules Editor, click Edit Rule Sheet

The Formatting Rule Sheet Editor opens, click the green '+' to add a new formatting rule

In the Behavior window (to the right), click on Condition to open the Condition Editor

Using the DateDiffDay function, the Today() function and the DueDate field, add the following condition:

DateDiffDay([vebcRptOpenInvc.DueDate],today() )<60></60>
Click OK to save the condition
In the Behavior window, scroll down below the Condition to find the Visable property
Set property = No
Close the Rule Sheet
Apply this new formatting rule to the Details section by click the right arrow to move the condition into the 'Rules applied to control' window
Click Ok to close the Formatting Rules Editor
Save the Report and close
Close the Preview
Preview the report in SARA using a customer that has invoices over 60 days past due to verify data appears correctly
