What can affect the time it takes for my emails to be brought into Collect?

RESOLUTION

  1. User must be logged into SARA

  2. Email must be left as Unread within the mailbox

  3. Retrieval time - setting under Site Options

  4. Worker Role - Processing items in the queue

  5. Admin Settings & Utilities Mail Retrieval

  • if error count reaches 10 mail retrieval will not restart until reset
