Subject: Uninstalling E2B PDF Printer manually - deleting files
Resolution
As a summary files need to be deleted from: From the system32 folder, system32\spool\, & Program files folder
Delete the following files on 32 bit system:
C:\WINDOWS\system32
(For PDF install files):
Pdf32.dll
Tiff32.dll
Dib32.dll
Jpeg32.dll
BiImgUser.dll
BiPDFCJK.dll
BiPDFInterfaceP.dll
BiPDFP.dll
BiPDFResources.dll
BuPAppTS.exe
BuPMonTS.dll
BuPResTS.dll
(In the case of uninstalling a demo, delete the bidmoNd.dat file, filenames end with ..Nd.dll instead of NT.dll )
Delete the following files on 32 bit system:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\prtprocs\w32x86
C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86
C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3

Substitute C:\WINDOWS with the path where the operating system is installed and on 64 bit systems

Substitute w32x86 with x64.
(For PDF install files - Windows 8, 7, Vista, XP ):
Pdf32.dll
Tiff32.dll
Jpeg32.dll
BuPProNT.dll
BuPDRVNT.dll
BuPiniNT.ini
BuPResNT.dll
BuPUifNT.dll
(In the case of uninstalling a demo filenames end with ..Nd.dll instead of NT.dll )
(For PDF TS install files - Windows 2003, 2008 Servers):
Pdf32.dll
Tiff32.dll
Jpeg32.dll
BuPProTS.dll
BuPDRVTS.dll
BuPiniTS.ini
BuPResTS.dll
BuPUifTS.dll
(In the case of uninstalling a demo filenames end with ..Td.dll instead of TS.dll )
Delete: C:\Program Files\e2b teknologies Inc
Delete: C:\Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information\E2b PDF Printer Folder
NOTE: If unable to delete any above DLL's:
