RESOLUTION
You can change customer options individually by using the Customer Info drop down and editing various options for an individual customer. You can also apply or set this options for multiple customers using the Customer update utility.
This utility will allow you to setup the following options for multiple customers at once:

Assign the Customer to a Credit Class

Assign the Customer to a user

Allow Online Payment

Assign the Customer to a Reporting Group

Admin > Master Files > Customer

Search for customers using search window and/or the filter builder, and apply criteria using the select column to select the customer(s)

Click the Edit Selected button
-
Select the appropriate option and value
-
Click the Update button to update the customer(s)
