NOTE - Only accessible for SARA Self-Service users. (Account Feature Enabled AllowLockstepPortal = 1)
SELF-SERVICE SUMMARY
SARA Self-Service users are able to keep track of customer engagement using the SARA Self-Service Usage Dashboard. This is accessible by default on the Dashboard page.
A quick summary on the main dashboard page will show you how many users visited the page, how much was collected, and how many payments were made on a daily and weekly basis.
As a credit user, you will see this populate with data only relevant to your customers. Credit Managers will be able to see all payments for all collectors.
FILTERING
Using the filters at the top of the page, you will be able to limit this data by each company. By default, it will show data for all companies. The data can also be limited by each currency.
NOTE - Unlike other portions of the dashboard, filtering by the currency will not convert all payments into one currency. This will act as a filter and only show payments made for the respective currency selected.
Selecting "See History and Detail" will allow you to drill into further detail for the SARA Self-Service.
NUMBER OF VISITS
The first graph on the page shows you the Self-Service Usage over the course of each month, by default.
Hovering over the assorted bars will give you a quick summary of the amount of customers who visited that month as well as how many unique visits were made. This graph can be adjusted to breakdown data by a monthly/weekly/daily basis.
NOTE - There is currently no drill-down capabilities for this graph.
AMOUNT COLLECTED
Below that graph is a very similar graph breaking down the amount collected. Hovering over the data will show you a summary of the amount of payments made and the amount collected.
Much like the first graph, you can view this data on a monthly/weekly/daily basis as well as filter by company/currency by using the filters at the top of the page.
PORTAL VISITS BREAKDOWN
The final section gives you a breakdown of each customer that visited the self-service portal. This shows the time they accessed the portal as well as tracks how long they were on the site. A search bar is available for you to look up specific users.
