OVERVIEW
As of August 2020, SARA now has a direct integration to the SARA's Service Desk, giving you access SARA's Profile Management features.
SARA Profile Management automates the capture and validation of customer data. Using a combination of automated emails and online forms, SARA Profile Management guides your customers through an update process of their contact information, address, tax ID, and documentation online. SARA Profile Management can be used to support on-boarding of new customers as well as cleansing of existing customer contacts and documentation. HOW IT WORKS

When the feature is enabled for your account, you will now notice new icons over your customer toolbar options at the top of the page as well as a new option named "Profile."

These icons will now take you to the associated tab in the SARA Profile Management. Additional detail for each option is provided below.

Additionally, there is a new button in the upper-right-hand corner of the software that will also take you directly to the home page of the Service Desk.
PROFILE

Selecting "Profile" will take you directly to the "Profile" page in Service Desk for whatever customer you currently have pulled up in the customer search bar.
Once you are on the page, you will see the contact information for the customer as well as options for entering account notes for that customer and the ability to request a profile update from the customer. -
All notes entered into the "Notes" section will transfer directly back to SARA and will be visible under the "Account Note" section of the customer's account overview page.
Select the blue icon in the upper-right-hand corner of the notes box to create a new note.

Selecting the "Request Profile Update" button will automatically queue and send an email to the primary contact on record, requesting them to update their contact information.
CONTACTS

Selecting "Contacts" will display all the contacts for that customer.
DOCUMENTS

Selecting "Contacts" will display all uploaded attachments for that customer.

If there are no uploaded attachments for this customer, you can select the "Request Profile Update" button to request the customer to upload new credit application, proof of insurance, and tax exemption certificate documents.
