Users can manually close activities in SARA.

Closing Activities:

Navigate to "Inquiries> By User> Activities".
**Note: Users can also close activities on the "Mail Not Read" page and "Error Sending Email" page.** -
Select the required communication/activity by checking the small checkbox to the left of the activity record.
If there is a need to close multiple activities in bulk, apply the desired filters using the Filter Builder option on the toolbar. Then, select all records by clicking the small checkbox present on the column header grid, as visible in the screenshots below.

Then, on the toolbar, select the pencil "Edit" button.

The "Update Selected Records" window will open.

From there, enable the "Mark as Complete" checkbox.

Click "Update" to save the changes to the communication/activity.
