How do I find historical payment trends and other information on a customer whom is no longer active? When I enter the customer code is shows no match due to inactivity.
Resolution:
There are a few places where you can review historical payment information.
FIRST: Click the checkbox next to the Customer Info drop down (top middle search bar). When you hover over the checkbox it will say "Include customers with a zero balance". When the page reloads begin typing the customer you want to review and click Enter, select the correct customer from the list.
Each of the below can be done while the customer is selected within the Customer Info drop down:

Navigate to Account Detail. Select "Show Filter" icon and clear any existing filter. This will allow you to view invoices and payments for a selected customer.

Click on the triangle to expand the Customer Info drop down and click on the History tab where you can review their Average Days Late information. You can also click on the Transactions tab this will show a quick list of the most recent payments.

Navigate to Inquires > By Account > Payments and review the customer payment details there.

Select Inquires > By Account > Invoices. Here you can review each invoice. If you click the "View Payment" field you can view more detail regarding when each invoice was paid. After closing the "Payment Detail" page when back on the Invoices grid you can scroll farther to the right and review the DaysPaidLate & LastPmtDate to review how late the customer was in paying their invoice.
