Next Best Task
The next best task feature allows users to work their open activities in the collectors' cockpit.
The next best task consolidates all of the collectors assigned activities into a single list.
Please note the following:

The list of items will match the task list located on the navigation panel

The list of items is based on the priority set by the credit class

After a task has been complete, collectors have the option to work on the next task by using the "Save and Next" feature. For more information on the Save and Next item, please click the link below.
