Users have the ability to manually close an open invoice with a balance. Please note that in order to edit any changes made in the Invoice Details window, you will have to enable the "Do Not Sync to ERP" checkbox. When this option is selected, any changes made to the invoice in the users ERP system will not carry over with the sync.
1. Select a customer and navigate to their account detail.
2. Select an invoice that has an open invoice.
3. In the invoice details panel, enable the "Do Not Sync" box.
4. Zero out the "Balance Due" and the "Balance Due HC".
5. Select a "Closing Date"
6. You can verify that the status has changed after saving the changes.
