Resolution: Manually Zeroing Out Transactions in SARA
All transactions with balances are synced from your ERP system into SARA. In some cases, there may be specific transactions that you do not want to include in SARA or need to delete an invoice from syncing.
You can manually zero out these transactions and mark them as Do Not Sync with your ERP system by following the steps below.
Steps to Manually Zero Out a Transaction in SARA

Select the Customer

Navigate to My Accounts or use the Search bar at the top of the browser to locate the customer.

Open Account Details

Go to the Account Detail page for the selected customer.

Access Invoice Details

Click on the invoice you wish to update to open the Invoice Details window.

Mark as Do Not Sync

In the Invoice Details window, select the Do Not Sync checkbox.
This ensures that the transaction will no longer sync with the ERP system.

Update Balances
-
Update both the Balance Due and Balance Due HC fields to reflect a zero balance.

Update Other Fields (Optional)

If needed, update any additional fields for this transaction.

Save Changes
-
Click Save to apply and confirm your changes.
