Not Include Auto Action In Last Activity

In (Admin > Settings & Utilities > Site Options) on the "Options" tab, there is an option called "Not Include Auto Action In Last Activity." This will allow you to either include or exclude activities created from credit class generation in the "Last Activity" fields and filter off those fields with the desired information for reports and/or alerts.

Below are the following fields that are affected by this option:

  • LastActivityDate

  • LastActivityNote

  • LastActivity

  • LastActivityDays

  • LastActivityUserID

  • DaysSinceOpenActivity

  • DaysSinceClosedActivity

Having this selected will only show manual communications in the "Last Activity" fields and having it deselected will show both manual and auto-generated activities. You can freely toggle this option back and forth and a system message will appear on the bottom right hand corner once it is done updating the information to that in which is desired.

  • Account Detail

  • Inquiries > By Account > Invoices

  • Inquiries > By Account > Statement

  • Inquiries > By User > Invoices
