As a default customer using the customer portal have access to the following pages:

Customer Contacts
-
Customer Contact Information
-
Customer Invoices
-
Customer Payments
-
Customer Statement
-
Customer Documents
However each of these pages are able to be disabled from navigation. To do so simply follow the steps below:

Navigate to (Admin > Settings & Utilities > Site Options > (Options))

Scroll down to the "Customer Portal" section

From here you will see the following:

Upon deselecting a page, it will remove it from navigation for ALL customers on the customer portal See example below:
Note: If a link is sent to a customer to a page that is disabled, it will still take them to this page. They will simply not be able to re-navigate back if they navigate off of the page.
