The sync log is a text file located on the PC the sync is run on. It is automatically updated every time the sync runs. The steps to locate it are as follows (Some people may have it located in a different area, if it is not here ask your IT team or a support analyst for assistance):

On the PC the sync is run on, open the file explorer

Open the "C Drive" marked above

This will open the following location (It will look different for everyone just look for the following):

On the view tab, verify that hidden items are enabled

Search for the "ProgramData" folder

Select the "ProgramData" folder

Select the "AnytimeCollect" folder

Select the "Logs" folder

From here you can attach the top log named "AnytimeCollect_Sync" and send it to the support analyst
