Description
The sync configuration is where you define the settings to connect to each ERP system / database source as well as schedule recurring syncs.

RESOLUTION
The sync configuration is based on ERP system. See notes below and links for options and setup specific to the ERP system.
To install and setup the sync:

Log in with user with Admin rights

Go to Admin Setting & Utilities Sync Setup

If new install proceed to step 4, otherwise skip to step 7

Click '+' to add a new record

Enter the Description and Comment for the sync (both required), for example the location of the server in the description and database or company info in the comment

ERP System: using the drop-down, select the ERP system you are syncing data with and click Insert to save the record

The sync record will appear in the grid

Click Launch sync setup (scroll grid to the right if button not on grid)

Error window will appear, indicating Installed Sync Launcher is missing, Click Yes to download

You will be prompted to Open or Save the ATCSyncLauncerSetup.zip file.

Save the file and extract

Right click the ATCSyncLauncherSetup.exe file and run as administrator

You will be prompted to enter your license key (found under Admin My Profile) Service Address should be left blank

Click Save to save license

Click Finish to complete sync launcher install

Click launch sync setup to download and open the sync configuration window

If window appears for 'Sync Utilities Installed on another machine' (this message indicates the sync has been setup on a different machine previously or with different credentials and the previous install will be disabled) click YES to install

If window appears with message asking to run with previous configuration or click NO to reconfigure, click NO

Complete the options for connecting to your ERP system (click here for specific information by ERP system)

Enter the Companies to import, separate multiple company ID's by the '|' (pipe delimiter)

Verify that all Entities to Sync are selected

Select Schedule Task to setup a recurring Windows Task Schedule to run the sync on a regular basis

Schedule Type: using the drop-down select daily to schedule a daily sync

Start Time: using the drop-down, arrows or highlight an modify the next start time for the sync to run on a daily basis

Run as Username: this is read only and cannot be modified here, based on user logged into the machine, to change log out as this user and log back in as the user that will be used to run the sync

Run as Password: enter the password the Username in window above

Select Run Now to run the sync after the sync configuration window closes

Click OK to save

If Run Now was selected, Sync progress window will appear, select Start Sync or Close

Verify the Windows Task Schedule was created for the sync (Administrative Tools Task Scheduler)
