Some versions of Internet Explorer are unsupported for installing / downloading the sync launcher program used to configure the sync for SARA
**Warning this process may require a computer reboot, please save anything you are working on before proceeding with this install**
RESOLUTION

the sync launcher was previously installed, log into the machine where the sync was installed/configured and remove/uninstall the "Anytime Sync Launcher" program using Control Panel

Log into the sync machine with admin rights

Download the Sync Launcher program - Click here to download from SendSafely

If prompted inquiring if you would like to Open or Save the file, choose to Save

After saving navigate to where the file was saved

Right Click on the file and select "Extract All..."

Choose the location to extract the file and select the Extract buttonAfter extracted if the file did not automatically open select to open the "ATCSyncLauncherSetup" folder

Right click the ATCSyncLauncherSetup.exe (Type = Application) and Run as administratorClick Yes if asked if you want to allow the application to make changes to your PC

Allow the installation to process and follow the prompts in the install Wizard

Update the license key (using the license key found in SARA My Profile) and Save

Complete/finish the install

To run the sync launcher, go to Start Programs, or search for Anytime Sync Launcher
Windows 10: All Apps SARA Sync Launcher -
Input the SARA Admin User Name / Password and click Validate User

A listing of the sync schedule(s) will appear in the list, click and select the correct sync schedule and click Launch Sync Setup

The user will be prompted to 'Install' if sync needs to be installed or to click 'Yes' to run or 'No' to reconfigure

If No to reconfigure, the sync configuration window will open to be completed
