RESOLUTION
1. Go to My Accounts
2. Select one or multiple customers that you would like to email a report with one of the following methods:
a.Manually select the customer(s) using the select column checkbox next to the customer name
b. Use one of the pre-defined Views (i.e. ~PastDue1-10Days) and the Select All icon to select all customers on this view
c. Use the Filter icon to apply filters to select specific customers to email (click here for instructions on how to use the Filter Builder)
3. Click the Reports icon
4. Select the Report from the drop-down list (Statement / Open Invoices / Past Due Note / Collections Letter)
5. Select the Process and Email Option and select Process (or see steps 6-7 to preview the reports prior to email)
6. Select the Process and Preview option and click Process
7. Review the preview after you receive the Alert notifying you the Preview is ready:
a. Click on Messages in the top-right
b. Click on the paperclip icon on the Report Preview notification
c. You will be prompted to open or save the report preview
d. After previewing, on My Accounts – re-select Report icon (customers should still be selected)
e. Select the Report to email from the drop-down list
f. Select the Process and Email option and click Process
