This article explains how to create and save a view setting in Sage AR Automation to display historical notes within the Activities view.
💡 Overview
If you’d like to review all notes created by users, you can filter your Activities list to show only note-related records and save that view to access it anytime.
🧭 Step 1: Navigate to Activities
In the left-hand menu, select Inquiries.
Under Inquiries, click By User.
Then select Activities.

🔍 Step 2: Filter for Notes
Locate the ActivityID column.
In the Contains search box, type note.
Press Enter or click outside the box to apply the filter.
Your activity list will now display only items classified as Notes.

💡 Tip: You can add other filters (such as Company, Issue, or Date) to refine your search further.
⚙️ Step 3: Save the View
If you’d like to come back to this filtered view later:
Click the ⚙️ View Settings icon at the top of the page.
In the Save current settings as field, type a name for your view (for example, Historical Notes).
Click Save.

Your saved view will now appear in the View Settings dropdown list for quick access anytime.
