The Sync.log file is an important tool used when trying to determine if there are any sync issues.
Depending on the operating system/machine where the Sync process is scheduled to run, the log is located in the following directories.
(Some people may have it located in a different area, if it is not here ask your IT team or a support analyst for assistance)
Windows Vista , Windows 7 and Windows 10
C:\ProgramData\AnytimeCollect\Logs\AnytimeCollect_Sync.Log
All Versions of Windows Prior to Vista
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ AnytimeCollect\Logs\ AnytimeCollect_Sync.Log

To manually find your sync log follow these instructions:

On the PC the sync is run on, open the file explorer

Open the "C Drive" marked above

This will open the following location (It will look different for everyone just look for the following):

On the view tab, verify that hidden items are enabled

Search for the "ProgramData" folder

Select the "ProgramData" folder

Select the "AnytimeCollect" folder

Select the "Logs" folder
-
From here you can attach the top log named "AnytimeCollect_Sync" and send it to the support analyst
