PROBLEM
When I select ALL from the Document Upload screen to upload PDF files to the cloud, it appears to hang.
RESOLUTION
Try limiting the number of items being selected at one time.
When you select invoices for upload set the filter based on only invoices that have ‘failed to upload’ as the Upload Description.

Doing so will lower the number of items being selected and avoid timeouts when trying to ‘Select All’.
If you are already filtering based on only items that failed to upload try refining your search by 'CreateDate' or 'CustID' to limit the number of items attempting to be selected even further.
Set filter
Examples
CustID StartsWith = A
CreateDate Between Aug 1st & Aug 31st
Select Apply
Use ‘Select All’ button
Select Upload PDF button
Update filter criteria
Examples
CustID StartsWith = B
CreateDate between Sept 1st & Sept 30th
Repeat this process until all items that failed have been re-selected for upload
