How do I verify where the sync is installed and the user running the sync?

RESOLUTION

To verify where your sync is installed and the user running the sync:

1. Log into SARA as a user with Admin rights

2. Go to Admin Setting & Utilities Logs Account Sync Sessions

3. Make note of each of the following:

• Windows UserName (user running the sync)

• Machine Name or IP address (where the sync is installed and running)

• Domain Name (domain to log into as user above)
