OVERVIEW
Account Hierarchy on Self Service allows the top-level company access to all the invoice and payment records associated with their subsidiaries or child accounts, down one level.
- NOTE: Contact atcsupport@sage.com to enable multi-level account hierarchy support on your account, which will allow the top level to access all levels in the hierarchy on Self Service, not just limited access to one level down (AllowMultLvlNAPortal)
A top-level 'magic link' is created when sending an email to the 'parent' or top-level account. This link will provide access to Self-Service to view 'All Accounts' and their transactions, along with a drop-down listing of each individual account.
The options within the drop-down include:

Search by the name of the account

Sort by the name of the account

Sort by open invoice count
-
Select one account to review
-
Select 'All Accounts' to review all invoice and payment records associated with the overall Account Hierarchy
HOW IT WORKS?
- You can enable Account Hierarchy support on Self-Service portal by navigating to Admin> Settings & Utilities > Site Options > Options. There is an option: "Enable National Account Support" in the Options tab under the Customer Portal section (located at the bottom right).
- Once this option is enabled, sending a 'magic link' to the top level or parent company will allow access to all accounts within this Account Hierarchy.

NOTE -
- This will only work if your ERP system supports an account hierarchy or parent/child relationships. All customers must have a valid ParentID in the system for this to function.
