FEATURE DESCRIPTION:
Quick Communicate Option (Admin > Settings & Utilities > Site Options - Options, Add Quick Communicate)
When enabled, this option will give users 2 options when clicking on the blue communicate button to either do a Quick Communicate or Account Detail Communicate
Account Detail Communicate will re-direct the user to the customer's Account Detail and open a new communication, giving the user the complete visibility on the account and history.
Quick Communicate will provide the user the option to quickly create and send communications to customers without redirecting to the customer's Account Detail.

HOW TO:
1. On any communication grid, select the blue communicate icon.
2. Select "Quick Communicate."
3. Above the grid, the communication window will open.
4. You can use this grid exactly as you would on the Account Detail page.
