Unlocking and Updating a User's Password in SARA
1. **Log in as an Admin:**
- Log into SARA using an account with Admin rights.2. **Navigate to User Management:**
- Go to `Admin > Master Files > User`.3. **Edit the User:**
- Select the user who cannot log into SARA.4. **Unlock the Account (if necessary):**
- If the user account is showing as locked, click the `Unlock Account` button.5. **Update the Password:**
- Enter the new password that the user would like to log in with.6. **Save Changes:**
- Save the User Master File.7. **Have the User Log In:**
- Instruct the user to try logging into SARA again with the updated password.This should resolve any issues the user is having with logging into SARA.
