Have no access to the Calendar, Issues and Mail menu options

Can have other inquiry user assigned in order to allow group or manager type groupings

Must be assigned to a corresponding Salesperson from you ERP System in order to associate customers and their data to this type of collection user.

Can make credit card payments for customers (inquiries by Account Statement)
Credit Manager

Same as Credit with the additional Dashboard Summaries of all users they manage.
Customer

Guest login to all your customers access to view Invoices, statements and make payments

They also have the ability upload related documents to invoices.
