PROBLEM
My scheduled task stopped running and when I try to manually run the sync from the Windows Task Schedule or by Launching the sync setup program, nothing happens, the program does not launch and run the sync.
RESOLUTION
Verify the following on the server where the scheduled sync is set up to run:

Internet Explorer is set up as your default browser (required)
-
IE has downloads enabled (not set to prompt)
