Admin > Setting & Utilities > Logs - Account Sync Sessions - the summary and detail times appear to be different
RESOLUTION
The summary sync times are base on the time zone of the user running the sync and the detail sync times (View Details button) are based on the time zone of the user that is logged into the client and reviewing the logs
