RESOLUTION
If you sync has not been running for 24 hours or longer, there may have been a change or publication to the sync that was recently deployed that did not download automatically.
Click here for information on how to change your IE setting to automatically download the sync.
To manually start or run your sync from your Windows Task Scheduler:

Log into the machine / workstation as the user the sync is setup under and where sync is installed and running (click here on how to find this information)

Open your Windows Task Scheduler (use the program search to look for 'Task Scheduler' or find this under the Programs Accessories System Tools)

Click your Task Scheduler Library to see the list of scheduled tasks

Right click on the SARA Sync task and select Run

Select Run if prompted to download and run the new sync

DO NOT log of the machine or workstation (the sync will run as a background process)

To manually start or run your sync from the Sync Setup:

Log into the machine / workstation as the user the sync is setup under and where sync is installed and running (click here on how to find this information)

Log into SARA as an admin user

Go to Admin Settings & Utilities Sync Setup

Launch Sync Setup

Select Run if prompted to download and run the sync application

Select YES when prompted to run sync with current configuration

Select Start Sync in the Sync window

The Sync Progress will be shown in this sync window and you will see a message when the sync is complete and if successful or not.

Click Close to close the Sync Progress window

NOTE: if prompted to install the Sync Utilities due to Sync Installed on another machine - VERIFY that you are logged into the workstation and SARA as the same user as the user for the original sync install (see notes and link above)
