Due to it either being a long-running sync, or another sync is running at the same time. An Admin user can manually end the sync running.
Ending the Sync

Navigate to the Logs page (Admin> Settings & Utilities> Logs).

The Sync log will be the default view for this page.

From there, scroll to the right-hand side and click "End Sync" button for the selected sync.

A prompt will appear to confirm that you want to end the sync, click "Ok".

The sync will end with the status of "Manually Ended Session".
