REQUIREMENTS:
Contacts must have a phone number entered in the "Phone" field or else the update will not work.

Navigate to Admin > Settings & Utilities > Mass Update

Select "Contacts" from the drop-down.

Tag the contacts you want to mass update (You can also select all records by selecting the checkmark icon on the toolbar).

(NOTE: The update will only work for contacts that have a phone number associated with them.)

Above the grid, select "Edit Selected"

Enable the options for "Set Include In Text Flag" and "Set Include In Voice Flag" then set the value as "Yes" on the right-hand-side. (See example below)

When you are done, select "Update"

This task will be added to our queue and may take some time to process depending on the number of contacts being updated. The software should alert you when this is finished.
